Welcome to PropertyAnalysis.com, we’re just getting started and have so many ideas we would like to implement and features we would like to build. Right now, we’re in a Beta phase as we run some tests in the background as people start to use the site so expect some things to perhaps not function 100%. On the flip side, expect new things coming to the site constantly as we grow and fine tune it based on your feedback.
The site is wide open during this phase with every feature open to everyone so get in there, create an account, and start to add your properties. Then, run some analysis’ on them, build a few spreadsheets, make a nice advertisement you can use for Craigslist and really run the site through it’s paces.
